Foundations classes required for all new members, unless Ashley has cleared you. Foundations are a 90 minute session for $49. In these classes you will be taught a basic understanding of all of the lifts and movements we do at North Raleigh CrossFit.

Personal Training
For those individuals looking to set sport-specific goals, perfect a certain skill set or discuss the nuances of their individual fitness plan more thoroughly, we are available for individualized consultations and training sessions.
2 Pack – 30 minute sessions – $70.00
4 Pack – 30 minute sessions – $130.00
Open Platform
These sessions are for experienced lifters who want to spend some extra time working on a platform. Personal training will not be provided during these sessions.
