Every 90 seconds for 8 Rounds:
1 Clean (full squat)  – Start at 60% and increase weight each round. If you fail, drop 5-10 lbs and finish there.

Conditioning

5 Rounds:
10 KB Snatch – Right (24/16kg)
10 KB Snatch – Left (24/16 kg)
14 TTB
