Gymnastics Skill

8 minutes to work with a partner on pull-ups. Alternate every 2 minutes. One partner works, one parter helps/coaches. Find the phase you’re in from the document attached. Remember, this month our gymnastic focus is pull-ups, and these progressions are something that you should be doing on your own. #NoEffortEqualsNoRightToComplain 🙂
