1) Pendlay Rows:
4×6 @ AHAP, rest 60 seconds

2) 3 x 2/side – KB or BB TGU @ Heavy weight, rest  60 seconds b/w sides


4 Rounds:

200m Farmer Carry (ONE 35/25 Plate) 100m Left Hand/100m Right Hand
10 Clusters (95/65)
Rest 60 Seconds

*Note: You must carry the plate by the edges. You cannot hold it by the center rings.
