Strength

** If you were part of the group of people who did not establish a 1RM Back Squat last week, you will establish one today.** 

For those of you did establish a 1RM Back Squat, you will do the following…

1) Back Squat:
1×5 @ 50%, Rest 90 sec
1×5 @ 60%, Rest 90 sec
1×5 @ 65%, Rest 90 sec
1×5 @ 70%, Rest 90 sec
1×5 @ 65%, Rest 90 sec

Conditioning

100 Burpees to a 6 inch target
*10 minute time cap

Cashout

3 x ME Strict Pull-ups, rest as needed b/w sets
