NOTE: During the 5 weeks of The CrossFit Opens we will do our Deadlifts on Wednesday to save everyone’s legs/low backs for The Open workout on Saturday. Once The Opens are over we will go back to programming Deads on Fridays for the remainder of the Deadlift cycle.
