8 Minutes to work on Handstands (freestanding or on wall), Handstand Walks, or HSPUs with a partner. One partner works, the other spots/coaches. Rotate every 2 minutes.

Conditioning

5 Rounds:
Sprint to old 100m and back
15 Wallballs (20/14)
20 KBS (24/16)

*Note: In case you haven’t noticed, we don’t have a WB target yet. The process has been started, but it may still be a couple of weeks before it’s completed. I’m tired of not programming wallballs b/c we don’t have a target. Throw as high as you can. If I think you’re sandbagging you won’t get your RX.
