Every other min for 10 Min:

1 Three Position Snatch (floor, hang, high hang)
Begin at 50% of 1RM Snatch and add weight each minute until you can no longer complete the complex.

5 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
10 Deadlifts (115/75)
15 Box Jumps (24/20)

3 sets each side with a 10 sec hold
