Strength

1a) Front Squat:
3×10 @ 70%

1b) 3 Broad Jumps – As far as possible; Rest 90 seconds

Note: 1a and 1b are supersets. Complete a set of Front Squats then immediately perform 3 Broad Jumps. Rest 90 seconds after the Broad Jumps.

Skill

8 minutes to work on 2 gymnastic skills of your choice. Alternate b/w movements every 2 minutes.
