Time to register for the CrossFit Opens! The Opens begin Feb 25th and will run for 5 weeks. The Opens is an inclusive event with divisions for RX, Masters, and Scaled.  Each Saturday during The Opens we will do the workouts during the 9:00 and 10:00 classes in non-stop heats.  So, if you’re coming to workout, you might as well sign up! 🙂
