To start Crossfit all you need is a body, and will. We will take it from there with the training and encouragement you need to keep it going.
If you have never done Crossfit before, you need to take a Foundations Class which is held Thursday nights from 6:00 – 7:45. It’s a good idea to know what membership level you want. Learn more about the Membership Levels and Rates. Once you know what you want, contact Coach Ashley and she will set you up.
