Day 1 of our 8 week Olympic Weightlifting cycle!  We should finish this the week right before Christmas.  I’m excited about this and hope you guys are feeling rested and are ready to work hard! 🙂

Strength

1) 3 – Position Snatch (floor, right below knee, right above knee)
4 @ 65%, rest 90 sec
4 @ 70%, rest 90 sec

2) Back Squat
5×5 @ 70%, rest 2 min

NOTES:  Get on the floor quickly and warm up.  Quick transitions b/w lifts.  We have a lot to fit in the hour today.
