This is the beginning of our Olympic Weightlifting cycle.  It is intended to be a 12 week cycle, but I’m modifying it so we may not take up all 12 weeks. Also, just to give you an idea of what to expect, we will be doing HBBS every Monday and Deadlifts every Wednesday.
