15 minutes to work on Clean and Jerk technique.

NOTE:Pick one or two your worst positions (1st pull, transition, hang from  hip, hang from knee, power, dropping under the bar, or the jerk) and work there.  Do not get heavy.  This should be light and pretty.  SLOW down.
