Strength

1) Bench Press:
15 minutes to work up to your heaviest set of 5

2) Every 3 min for 18 min: (Start at 0:00; Last round 15:00)
1 Deadlift @ 92-95%

NOTES: Everyone must quickly transitioning b/w Bench and Deadlifts.  Evening classes you will need to double up.

Conditioning

In 5 minutes for time and reps:
500M Row
then for the remainder of the 5 min complete as many STOH as possible (95/135)
