*C&J Technique – Work on your worst position.  First pull, hang, high hang, power position, dropping under the bar, foot work on the jerk, lock out on the jerk, etc., etc.
** We have 6 more weeks of our Deadlift cycle.  If you have to miss a Saturday, try to make up your DLs on during Open Gym on Thursday!
