1) 15 minutes to establish a Max 3 Position Clean + Jerk (Floor, Hang, Hip, Jerk)

2) 5×2 Bench Press @ 85%, rest 60-90 sec

Conditioning:

4 Rounds of:

100m Farmer Carry (24/16 kg)
10 Handstand Pushups
Rest 60 seconds
