I don’t have a picture for today’s post.  I’m sorry if I hurt your hearts for that, but I haven’t left you empty handed. Tonight’s post on Outlaw inspired me to share my two favorite videos of my all-time favorite Olympic Weightlifter, Dmitry Klokov.

Strength:

1) HBBS:
1×10 @ 60% – Rest 90 sec
1×6 @ 70% – Rest 90 sec
1×6 @ 75% – Rest 90 sec
1×6 @ 80%

Notes: Remember the percentages for your HBBS are based off of 90% of your 1RM.  Example: If your HBBS is 200#, your percentages will be based off of 180#.

2a) Front Squats:
1x 5 @ 60% – Rest 60 sec
1x 5 @ 70% – Rest 60 sec
1×5 @ 75% – Rest 60 sec
1x 5 @ 75% – Rest 60 sec

2b) 4 x ME UB Ring Dips, but do not reach failure – Rest 60 sec.

Conditioning:

25 Pull-ups
50 Box Jumps (30/24)
25 Pull-ups

25 Wallballs
50 DUs
