Strength

20 minutes  to work on Snatch technique.

Work your weakest area(s).  Examples include: First pull (ground to bottom of knee), transition (knee to hip), keeping your arms straight, pulling the bar into your hip, hang from knee, hang from hip, fast elbows, the catch…Blah, blah, blah. Work on the area I’m always talking to you about in class.  If you don’t know where you need to work just ask me b/c  I know how all of you you lift well enough to know that I can tell you what you need to do without me even watching you lift.  Think I’m kidding?  “Brandon, punch out your arms!”  “KTP, Chest up and armpits out!” ” Jess, slow down that first pull!”  “Linds, hips down!” “Jonathan, move your feet!”  “Nate, solid at the bottom!”  😉  You guys get the picture.  Use this 20 minutes to your advantage.  This will not be heavy.
