2) Back Squat
3×5 @ 85%, rest 2-3 min b/w set

Conditioning

Death By 10 Meter Sprints
Min 1 = 1 sprint
Min 2 = 2 sprints
Min 3 = 3 sprints
Min 4 = 4 sprints
… etc, etc, etc

Rounds end when you are no longer able to complete corresponding number of sprints for the 60 sec period.
