2) 1X20 HBBS
*Notes: The recommendation is heavier than last week, but still able to finish all 20 reps. Make sure to hit absolute depth with every rep.
In teams of two:
30 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
90 foot Walking Lunge with plate overhead (45/25)
*Notes: One person rests while the other person works. Reps can be broken up in anyway, but one person cannot perform all the reps of a particular movement. Teams must complete one movement before moving on to the next.
