Strength

20 minutes to work on Snatch or Clean and Jerk technique.

NOTES: Work light weight, but with perfect technique.  We will talk about problem areas before we begin the 20 minutes and then you’ll focus on the area you feel needs the most attention for the 20 minutes.

Monday we will be going after a new Snatch 1RM. 

Conditioning

In teams of 2:

AMRAP 10 min:
10 Shoulder to OVH (135/95)
10 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

Rest 3 minutes, then:

AMRAP 10 min:
1o Power Cleans (135/95)
1o Pistols (alternating legs)
