Strength

20 minutes to work up to a GOOD heavy Snatch of the day

NOTE:  I realize that last Sat was also Snatch, so by default we would typically do C&J today, but our de-load week has kind of gotten us off our usual routine.  The next few weeks won’t be a typical pattern, but we will shortly get back into a routine when we begin our new Olympic Weightlifting cycle.

Conditioning

In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

400 m Run
30 Box Jumps (24/20″)
50 KB Snatch (24/16kg)

NOTE:  Work can be split up anyway you choose.  Only 1 partner works at a time.
